Under direct supervision, the selected incumbent must perform the following duties:
Enter and process personnel transactions.
Searches files and furnishes information to authorized persons.
Receives additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas of benefit administration.
Provides information to agency staff regarding transactions or other personnel related issues.
Processes enrollments and changes and responds to questions regarding the benefit programs.
Enters and verifies personnel transactions. Process workers' compensation claims and assists employee with the process.

High school diploma or GED AND One year of experience performing human resources related functions OR High school diploma or GED AND One year of post-secondary education at an accredited college or university.
