Human Resources - Workers' Comp/Leave Coordinator

Under direct supervision, the selected incumbent must perform the following duties:

  • Enter and process personnel transactions.

  • Searches files and furnishes information to authorized persons.

  • Receives additional training, as required, to gain full proficiency and experience in all areas of benefit administration.

  • Provides information to agency staff regarding transactions or other personnel related issues.

  • Processes enrollments and changes and responds to questions regarding the benefit programs.

  • Enters and verifies personnel transactions. Process workers' compensation claims and assists employee with the process.
